How do I return an item?
Returns, Exchanges and Damaged Packages
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Period.
Please read the descriptions of the conditions descriptions of our items.
o New Condition: Includes NOS and Like New
§ New, unissued
§ Issued, not used (may have sewing marks/threads from where patches and the like were sewn on)
§ Used no wear
o Used - Excellent Condition: Like new condition, little wear
§ No holes, tears, rips
§ Camo pattern bold, not faded and distinguishable
§ Boot tread less than half worn
o Used - Good Condition: Some visible wear, patches, repairs.
§ No unrepaired holes/tears
§ Camo pattern faded but still distinguishable
§ Boot tread more than half worn.
New-Condition means New-Condition. You can’t order something that is coded as Used-Good and expect New-Condition.
If you aren’t sure if an item will meet your needs, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org . We’ll send detailed information to include exact pictures of the item to you before you make your purchase.
Some of our vintage items do not fit into the three condition codes we list. These items may not be good enough to be coded, but are collectible enough to be in our store. Whenever this happens, we will take extra pictures of the item to post on the page to fully describe the item. An email to email@example.com before your purchase will allow us to provide you with all the information you need to make a buying decision.
Please take a look at the standard military clothing size chart before you order. Many of us have changed in size a little since we last wore military items. Save yourself some shipping expense for exchanges for size problems.
We will gladly exchange merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
Sales receipts must accompany all returns or exchanges.
All sales final on anything marked closeout.
If Defective, we will repair or replace at our discretion.
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you must return an item to us, please send it insured with all the pieces of the item in the original packaging along with the order papers which accompanied your order. Also include an explanation of the problem and how you would like us to settle it.
We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Upon refund of merchandise, we do not credit you for shipping costs, you are responsible for those costs.
If your parcel was damaged in transit, please keep the carton and the contents intact and call us as soon as possible at 706-364-2764 and inform us of the situation.
